I heard about this event for weeks before it happened and I never imagined that I would actually go. That week was crazy and it never really fit in my schedule that time. But when I mentioned the event to my friends at work, they really wanted to go, so we did. :)
Tere and I went to WTC first and were quite surprised to see many teenagers lining up for the "Dutdutan XII" and so we did too, wink wink ;) . We were told by the bouncers that to get in, we have to buy the tickets. When we look around, we find it weird to see almost all of them with tattoos and we got no clue. So funny, I even asked the bouncer why the event was called "Dutdutan" and he said he doesn't know too. We were very confused so I asked the girl behind me if we are lining up to the correct event and she said that the line that we are in is for the concert and not for the Off Price Show. It was really hilarious when the bouncer escorted us out of the line hahaha :)
Perhaps we are tired or too excited that we missed to see the yellow banners on the leftmost side of TC where the Off Price Show was setup. We managed to find the right place and was thankful to the receptionist when she told us that we can use our BDO cards for a free entrance to the show.
I was very happy to see lots of stuff inside specially the good finds below that I got. I was able to buy shirts for my nephew and myself as well. I was thinking this should do it for Christmas hahaha. I'm just kidding :) The line to the cashier was very long and though the event was until 10 PM, they extended it. My friend said when her sister went the next day, there were few people only. It's probably an off-peak hour.
I was so happy and we decided to go to Chic-Boy for our Dinner but the place was full and you have to ait for 30 minutes before they could serve the food so we ended up in Jollibee. I was still so happy and enjoying my Chicken Spaghetti meal when Tere asked where my phone was. We all went frantic and searched our stuff but my iPhone was nowhere in sight. Apparently, someone took it and I was so happy or occupied to notice it. My friend reported it to the store manager and left my contact information.
Losing my phone resulted to several unfortunate events this last few weeks and I do not want to go through it again. Lesson learned, be careful and focus! :)
