Meralco Liwanag Park 2011 Have you heard of Meralco’s Liwanag Park? It is located at Meralco Avenue, Pasig City inside Meralco area. Obviously there are many lights since it’s called Liwanag Park, very timely for the Christmas season. I always see it when I go to the office and I can’t help but took snapshots of it.
