I'd been thinking about the things that are happening lately and I have realized that if I won't stop it I would be worrying so much. That's scary and insane. But sometimes we really can't let go of some thoughts. With these, I am doing several ways to relieve stress.
1. Eat chocolate or ice cream. It makes me so happy =)
2. Listen to music. I love Nora Jones. She makes me feel that I am in a different world apart from all the chaos.
3. Read books. I enjoy reading because I can relate to different characters and connect to their feelings which diverts may current mood. So, try reading comedy books or inspiring stories. =)
