I have a new world now, Im working as a tsr in a Verizon Dsl account. I had 3 sup already in 1 month in profuction. The 1st one is strict and she wanted us to be independent. The 2nd one is techy and cool. The 3rd one is a perfectionist & he is my current supervisor. He is making me focus more on my metrics. By the way I got a hundred qa in my 2nd sup's term. In the 3rd one, I flunked. Im worried.
I like th technical side of my work but the competition is a bigvdeal, not to mention my very determined sup. We have a quota, last week we should be having at least 25 calls per day & starting tom it should be 30 calls. My gosh, it is difficult specially when we have a sync issue. Goodluck to me.
